Disputes, no-shows & refunds
If a seller can't be reached, no-shows at a confirmed pickup, or the item is materially different from its listing, your platform fee is refundable. Start by coordinating on the item's pickup page; if it can't be resolved there, email us at support@clearby.app and we'll step in. We aim to resolve disputes within seven days. Safety & reporting
To report a suspicious listing or unsafe behaviour, email us with the details. For tips on transacting safely, see Trust & Safety.
Response time
We typically respond within one business day. Time-sensitive pickup issues are prioritised.
